  • Charlie Yiend

    Co-Founder

    12 years working within the Talent Acquisition space specifically within search, executive search and embedded talent. Worked with start ups through to high growth technology businesses such as Spotify, Disney and Accenture. Led consulting teams of up 150 TA professionals across multiple businesses. Built talent functions across business areas such as engineering, design, product, sales, marketing and content.

  • Mike Scullion

    Co-Founder

    Global talent leader with almost 20 years experience in Talent Acquisition, having held director level roles in RPO / MSP and embedded talent solutions. Led and implemented high volume and complex RPO / MSP programmes for British Airways, Burberry and Eversheds Sutherland and led global hiring teams for IKEA, Apple and Booking.com
